We’ve got some changes planned at Kwinana Marketplace and whilst we’re in the early stages of making things happen, we want to keep you up to date on our plans. Region, the Owner of Kwinana Marketplace has lodged a Development Application with the City of Kwinana. Included in this Application are proposals for 1. An external dining precinct which will mean we can deliver more choice in the places you eat and enjoy. 2. External extensions to the frontage of the Centre to allow for new landscaping, outdoor seating, children’s play area and better pedestrian access 3. New external signage This is the first step in Region’s plans for investment in the Kwinana community and an important part of our goal to bring our customers’ life’s everyday essentials, delivered better.
